Dr. Larry S. Cohen is a board-certified emergency physician with over 30 years of experience in high-level trauma centers across Minnesota, Chicago, and the Veterans Administration health system. He earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois, completed his residency at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, and holds a Master of Public Health. A three-decade Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians, Dr. Cohen also practiced internal medicine, giving him a comprehensive understanding of whole-patient care.
Dr. Cohen’s approach to aesthetic and regenerative skin care applies the same medical principles that guided his emergency medicine career: delivering optimal outcomes through evidence-based practice, advanced technology, and compassionate care. He focuses on corrective, restorative, and long-term skin health rather than purely cosmetic enhancement, working to reverse aging at a biological level. His Las Vegas clinic combines cutting-edge technologies including advanced skin imaging, RF-based therapies, laser modalities, and growth-factor-assisted rejuvenation to deliver results with true medical integrity.
Dr. Cohen is equally committed to creating a supportive workplace culture where licensed professionals are valued and respected, believing this positivity enhances patient care. With a strong clinical background and a warm, approachable personality, she ensures every client feels safe, understood, and confident throughout their aesthetic journey.
Passionate about natural, refined results, Rakhi takes the time to listen to each patient’s concerns and customize treatment plans that enhance their unique features. She is trained in advanced injectable techniques, including collagen stimulators, and is committed to delivering results that look symmetrical, balanced, and authentic.
Rakhi is a highly knowledgeable and skillful injector and one of the rare experts in advanced techniques for around the eye and tear trough enhancement. She also specializes in correcting filler complications from other injectors, and approaches each treatment with an artist’s eye, creating a customized plan tailored just for you.
Her extensive medical knowledge gives her a deep understanding of anatomy, safety, and patient wellness, qualities that make her a trusted injector.
With more than 20 years of experience in the beauty and medical aesthetics industry, Shannon leads the Aethereal team with a balance of expertise, professionalism, and genuine care. As both Spa Manager and a Licensed Advanced Aesthetician, she plays a key role in creating a luxury client experience, from the front desk to the treatment room.
Shannon specializes in skin health and rejuvenation, helping clients achieve firmer, smoother, more youthful skin. I am an Advanced Esthetician with over 25 years of experience in the aesthetics industry, and my career has evolved alongside the industry itself. Raised in the Las Vegas area, my journey into skincare began at the age of 16 while struggling with acne. What started as regular facial appointments quickly turned into an education in dermatology, corrective skincare, and—most importantly—the lifelong importance of protecting the skin with daily SPF. That early experience shaped not only my career path, but also my philosophy around skin health.
I began my professional career in the Las Vegas luxury hotel spa industry, where I was immersed in advanced treatments, emerging trends, and continuous education. Working in high-end properties allowed me to treat a diverse clientele and refine my ability to customize treatments for a wide range of skin types and conditions. In 1999, I opened the Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas as Lead Esthetician, and later served as Lead Esthetician at Red Rock Hotel & Spa. Those years in luxury spas helped define my standards for both results and client experience.
In 2009, I stepped away from the hotel spa environment to open my own skincare business. This transition marked a turning point in my career, allowing me to work closely with clients on a consistent basis and focus on long-term skin transformation rather than one-time treatments. Building those ongoing relationships reinforced my belief that healthy, beautiful skin is achieved through education, consistency, and a personalized approach—not quick fixes.
As the medical spa industry began to emerge, I was driven to expand my expertise beyond traditional aesthetics. I sought out opportunities to work alongside physicians, learning advanced corrective treatments, lasers, and medical-grade modalities at a time when formal laser education was not yet widely available. When NIMA opened locally, I earned my laser certification and have now been certified and practicing in laser treatments for over 12 years. My experience also includes working in plastic surgery and dermatology settings, further deepening my understanding of skin from both a clinical and corrective perspective.
Currently, I am practicing at Aethereal Medical Spa and Wellness in Henderson, where I offer a comprehensive range of customized treatments. My services include advanced facials such as HydraFacial, DiamondGlow, and my signature oxygen facial, as well as dermaplaning, various levels of chemical peels, and laser modalities including laser resurfacing, skin tightening, and other corrective treatments. Each service is tailored to support long-term skin health while addressing individual concerns.
Today, my work blends the refinement of luxury spa aesthetics with the precision of medical skincare. I am deeply passionate about helping clients understand their skin, make informed choices, and achieve sustainable results at every stage of life.
